II. General Information on Data Processing
In connection with the event, we process various personal data for different purposes.
1. Website
To display the website to you, it is necessary to process certain information. This already occurs when you visit our website. This includes, for example, log files. When you access our website, your browser sends various information, so-called server log files, to our server. We need these to establish and maintain the connection. Among this data is your IP address, which we treat as personal data. In addition, the following data is collected:
- Date and time of access
- Source/referral from which you reached the page
- Subsequent page
- Browser used / version
- Operating system used / version.
This data is not merged with other data about you. The processing of the log files, including your IP address, serves our legitimate interest in providing our website and preventing its misuse. Stored log files are deleted after 7 days at the latest, unless longer storage is necessary, for example, to defend against or investigate an attack on our website.
2. Registration
To participate in the event, registration via our registration form on the website is required. As part of this registration, we collect the following data from you:
- Title, first name, and last name
- Institution / Company and specialization
- Address data (street, postal code, and city)
- Contact data (phone number, email address)
- Promo code, your message to us
- Payment data
We use this data to provide information about the event, to conduct it, and for follow-up purposes. Furthermore, we use this data (according to your consent) to inform you in the future about new offers or other events from Health Angels.
3. Recordings (Image and Video Recordings)
During the event, we will be making image and video recordings to document the event and to report on it. Reporting will take place, among other channels, via our social media channels, websites, and/or print media (e.g., professional journals in medicine and marketing). By registering for our event, you consent to these recordings. Participation in the event is not possible without this consent.

By registering for our event, a contract is concluded on the basis of which your data is processed. The processing only takes place to the extent necessary for the perception and fulfillment of the rights and obligations arising from the contract. Unless expressly stated otherwise, data processing by us only occurs to this extent.

5. Data Deletion and Storage Duration
As a general rule, we delete data when the purpose for its collection has ceased to exist and there are no statutory retention periods. Data that we process based on the contractual relationship (e.g., contract or payment data) is stored for 6 to 10 years, depending on statutory retention periods. The recordings made during the event will be deleted after 5 years; published recordings will be deleted upon withdrawal of consent. The data we need to inform you about further offers or events from Health Angels after the event will be stored until consent is withdrawn.
III. Right to Object and Erasure
Insofar as the data processing is based on your consent or our legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing or to withdraw your consent at any time. Your objection or withdrawal only has future effect. You can exercise your right to object or withdraw at any time by contacting us at the contact details provided above or at datenschutz@hirschen-group.com. If you object to processing based on our legitimate interest, we may nevertheless continue the processing if we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms.
IV. Rights of the Data Subject

1. Right of access under Art. 15 GDPR You have a right to information about your personal data processed by us. This includes the mandatory information set out in Art. 15 GDPR.
